My website is down or not accessible

Your website may be down for a number of reasons:

  • Your domain may have expired - please check our client portal if you have your domain with us, or check with your domain registrar.
  • You are temporarily blocked by the server's firewall - to test this, please ping your website domain. If you are receiving a timed out message, please contact our support team with your IP address (Google "what's my IP", or visit a site likeĀ whatsmyip.com)
  • There is currently scheduled maintenance or an unscheduled outage on the server you are on - please check our network status page.

If you are contacting our support team - to help us help you, please provide the IP you are connecting from.
