I can't access my website

If you are having issues accessing your website, one of the most likely scenarios is that there have been too many failed log-in attempts from your IP Address. If so, our servers may have blacklisted your IP Address. If you think this could be the source of the issue, proceed with following:

  1. Check what your IP Address is at https://www.whatismyip.com/
  2. Create a new support ticket at http://secure.myhost.nz/submitticket.php and copy/paste your IP address into the ticket, and submit.
  3. The MyHost support team will let check if the status of your IP address, whether it appears as being blacklisted, remove it from this list, and respond to your ticket.

If you are still experiencing issues with your website, the MyHost support will assist you with any further issues.
