How do I restore an account from backup?

In this article, you will be referred to the JetBackup documentation for restoring accounts, files, databases and so on from within your cPanel control panel.

NOTE: You MUST be logged in directly as the cPanel user to do this. Reseller users will need to log out and log back in as the user.

The Restore function will restore the selected items to your currently active cPanel account, whereas the Download process enables you to download point-of-time copies of anything from the whole cPanel account to specific components of the cPanel account such as files or databases,
