I can't log into cPanel - "The login is invalid."

If you can't log into cPanel, such as when the server returns a message "The login is invalid.", please ensure you're logging into the correct cPanel server.

MyHost runs a number of cPanel servers for both shared and reseller hosting.  As a result, always use use the URL http://<your domain>/cpanel

For example, if your domain is example.co.nz, use http://www.example.co.nz/cpanel

This will ensure you are logging into the correct cPanel server your account currently resides on.  Using an IP to login to cPanel may therefore cause you to login to the wrong server.

If you still experience issues, please contact our support team.
